Andarela-Safaris, trademark of the company Andarela-Travel ® , ( Andarela-Travel being registered with the INPI under the reference 4606815 ), is a travel agency and a French tour operator which offers via its website www.andarela .fr (hereinafter “the Site”), the development and sale of tailor-made trips to Botswana, Namibia and Zimbabwe.
These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as "T & Cs") are intended to apply exclusively between Andarela-Travel and all persons wishing to access the Site and / or use the services offered from the Site (hereinafter - " the user ").

Article 2: Definition
The Site: refers to the website andarela.fr of the company Andarela-Travel accessible from the address: www.andarela.fr
User: any Internet user who browses and / or uses the services offered by Andarela-Travel from the Site.
Services: refers to all the services offered by Andarela-Travel, namely travel services as well as associated services.

Article 4: Guarantee and Liability
Andarela-Travel will make its best efforts to allow access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or an event beyond the control of Andarela-Travel and subject to any breakdowns and interventions by maintenance necessary for the proper functioning of the Site.
Indeed, for the good management of the Site, Andarela-Travel may at any time:
